Chisel is a decorative  mod. It adds many different  blocks and it is the best for making  your base prettier or in a custom map as it has blocks for everyone!
It is available from 1.6.4 up to  1.12.2!

It may be one of the very first decorative blocks and in newer versions it adds many amazing blocks!
