Waystones

 Waystones introduces a new way of teleporting around your world.
They are 2-block pillaroids that can be found through out your world (config) or crafted.
Once right clicked they will be activated, a player can teleport activated waystones.

But there's more...

Other items that allow teleportation exist such as:
Bound scroll, warp stone and return scroll.

It can be used in multiplayer servers, or singleplayer worlds.
While it is a relatively small mod, teleportation can be achieved even in other dimensions.
Say you are in the Overworld and you want to go to the End, you can!
This mod is available in 1.12.2 up to 1.16.3!
